Our historical hardware failure rate is well below industry standards. However, should an issue occur, we take care of you. We have sourced the best hardware partners in the industry. Simply give us a call or submit a case in the Care Portal and once the issue is identified, we will take care of the rest.

How you benefit:

  • Full oversight of hardware repair and/or replacement whenever or wherever you require it
  • Full warranty on all hardware and appliances, based on on-site repair – not Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • Should anything fail, BlueCat (not your team) takes ownership of dispatching our hardware partner to remedy the issue onsite
  • No requirement for your team to order replacement parts, replace or fix appliances
  • Option to upgrade from the standard hardware warranty of next business day to the 4-hour premium service
